What's up folks??
Oh, just another fun filled day. They already told us that our computers are gonna be down for at least an hour this morning. They're gonna run some sort of update...oh boy
What's up folks??
Hey Evan #1, Loaded a a dodge magnum today with play sand and the guy's plate read "BAS PLYR"
That's funny that everyone is talking about houses as I'm closing on my first house on Friday.
Honestly, I hate renting. I live in a similar apartment like Frenchy does. It's got decent space and a garage that's attached, but I can't stand having people connected to me and not having my own space. And Megan and I shopped for a good four months, lost a few houses, but it worked out perfectly. The house we're buying is dirt cheap, brand-new inside, and we already have equity in it from our appraisal. It's all about finding the right place at the right time. We plan on doing some work to it (back door and patio) but that will only raise it's value. And for $100/month more, I get more room, an extra bedroom and a two car garage.
Home ownership is not for everyone. People like to move around and have some freedom. Some like to own something and have a good investment in the future (hopefully). Not looking forward to doing a mountain of paperwork and a large chunk of money for my DP, but I know I'll make it back later on.
I can help with the deck, or watch you work like a typical mazda install.
I hope you can pour concrete.... (lol2)
why not just by the pre made footers?
it's gonna be crappy day I can already tell
If you guys do it well, I might hire you to do my driveway.
You mean pavers? I hate those things.
You want to repave your rental driveway?
it's official, I am at the point of no return. Radiator/smic is out, trying to figure out how to route the pipes, not sure on the intake mani but I'll figure it out
I'm loosing faith in Leipolds. They just quoted me $160-$180 to mount and balance my 215/40-17's to my ASA wheels. MotoMotion (who I would rather take it to anyway but is almost an hour away) said $25 a piece, no problem and they do great work. And Leipolds said no alignments for lowered cars. They have a laser alignment system but said it doesn't work right with lowered cars. Which sounds like BS since the boys in Modified Magazine just aligned a slammed Civic with the laser system. Doesn't look like they will be getting much more business of mine... Boo.
Anyone know a good shop for an alignment in Akron? My car is only lowered on Tein springs and isn't slammed.

so look at it like this, say your rent is 425 a month over the last 4 years thats over 20k that could be going into something that would actually be your own, instead its like dumping that 20k down the drain with nothing to really show
