The Ohio Random Thread... aka We Should Probably Be Working

NO prob, Evan you may ride along in April. I will have dyno numbers as well.can't to see where she ends up.

So Hard. This spring dyno day should be fun. That's my deadline to have the KLZE in and sorted and ready to see what numbers I've got to the wheels.

Marlon, you'll definitely enjoy the upgrades. I would drive my buddy Jay's MSP everytime we did something different to it. The last time I got to drive it was after the SteedSpeed exhaust mani, and Turbolife FMIC install. 10psi (or maybe 12, but I think 10) on the factory turbo with a 3" exhaust. It moved pretty well. He took me for a ride in it after he did the GT28RS swap, and holy hell.

Who is doing the SS AFC tuning? I can ask Jay if he has any maps from his car that worked well.

Did I miss something? There is a dyno day in the spring? Not that I would bother to dyno my car, but I am curious about the event.

Does anyone need a microwave? I bought it summer of 2007, used it sparingly for about a year, and the last two places I lived had them in the kitchen already. The house I'm moving into also already has one installed in the kitchen so I do not need it. I'd rather not move it again and keep storing it. If anyone is interested let me know and I'll take pics. I'm only looking for like 25 bucks or something for it.

You have pictures of it? How big is it? I might see if the office would want it.

Third annual Dyno Day at Mike's place in PA?

I'll probably be there too. Of course, mainly to hang out because by that time, my car should have been back to Mike for a second time.

Has it been that long?

yea man.... you set up the first, fatti set up the second, i set up the 3rd, and ill set up the 4th as well haha

I know I'll be at this dyno day!

awesome man, it will be fun
ill set up a thread and link it for all you ohio guys probably sometime late feb. early march, so that we have ample time to sure up a date on the dyno and plenty of time to make all the plans

The "So hard..." story. The short version is that Levi and Phen were at the house wrenching and the neighbor came up the drive and told Levi he should buy a Cobalt SS. "They are so hard." said the young fellow. So now whenever we see a Cobalt SS we have to say "So hard.". But I'm accidently slipping and say it daily now for things that are "neato".

no, it was the kids next door... the one guy said that he wanted to get a new car and asked the other kid what he thought a cool car would be and his buddy replied with "you know whatcha gotta get, you gotta get one dem cobalt ss's, those things are so hard" phen and i were standing in the driveway and lost it and started laughing hystarically when we heard that
