I just had a funny idea. What if all of us Ohio guys ran for Mazda o' the Month? Any good photographers in here want to volunteer? It would be funny and a friendly competition if all of the sudden there were like 10 cars from Ohio.

It would just be funny to flood the MOTM with submissions for a month. And to get to show off the Ohio comradery.
Sho, would you mind taking the shots? We can all meet some Sunday evening so you can bang them all out at one location-ish. Whatever is easier for you. This will be fun though!

ok #2 I looked in my historic codes on my dashhawk and the P0335 code came up and that is related to the P0300 code that you go (thats what I've gathered from reading) but My car hasn't stuttered or fallen on its face or run rich. Actually it runs just fine and idles fine but I'm nervous about these codes. Does anyone have any insight as to some possible remedies while the car is in the garage?

I've been meaning to ask you if you had any issues with your car. I've seen some people say the P0300 code could be due to bad gas. If you're having similar issues, the one common thing we have is that we both filled up with the track gas at Mid-Ohio.
I had very rough idle and boat loads of part throttle knock in combination with wonky AFR when i got bad gas the day beforethe toledo autox. Never through any codes, but i dont think i drove it long enough for it to pop a code.
Patrick, did you run e85 in combination? That could be the difference. That stuff is miracle juice for our cars when tunedfor it. The folks out in Cali with their crap 91 all run it.

Yeah I was running actually more e85 than normal just because I wasn't familular with the gas I was using. Jake said to clean a sensor so tonight after school I will get under the car and clean it. the car is running fine and ran great the last time I was out there. I was out there for 50 minutes lol. But it pulled hard every straight and never skipped a beat. But that code wasn't current it was a historic
Which sensor did Jake suggest to clean?
the crankshaft position sensor. I have to get under the car and its a sensor by the alternator. I will do it after school I don't have any DTC's right now so I don't know if I will be able to tell if it worked or not but it probably needs cleaned anyway. I rolled over 90k on the track, what a great way! lol
In for the MOTM thing. I just need to temp-paint my car first lol.
