The Best Christmas Ever!

I got diddly as well.... but since I usually just buy whatever it is I want anyway, I wasn't too upset. I've got too many toys as it is.

Eh x-mas was lame for me again as always. The only good thing I got was a mini Keg to help me forget it. I have to go this week and buy myself something nice haha. No one else seems to.

Well that sucks... here is my present to you!

I do too but I seem to always want more. I think I will go after work and get me the 360 for now until I want the ps3.
PS3 is sick man... expensive but awesome... sort of like a Skyline.

haha yea. I am just waiting on the ps3 until I finish my remodel. I am using the refi money to buy that so I won't have it for a few more months. I won't have my place for a few months either. But it will be worth it and I will have a nice x-mas gift for myself that I will be paying for years. lol.

Turbogirl, we'd love to meet you this weekend. Come on out and bring the MS3!

We got to the dealership about 4:45. I walked up and my husband saw the car before I did - ok, honestly it was a serious blonde moment. I was so excited, I was walking towards the car and didn't even see it. He was yelling at me "It's right in front of you" - it was kinda embarrassing. But hey, like I said, I was really, really excited. Did I happen to mention that not only was I getting my SPD3, but that is also the 1st new car I've ever bought?-REALLY EXCITED!!!

Carlos (my salesman) took me out for a drive in it. I was rather nervous about it because the roads were wet (damn rain) and I HATE driving in the rain (I've been lucky - ever race I drove, it never rained). He saved my arss - I almost got a speeding ticket from the unmarked cruiser 2 cars behind me. I never saw him (Thanks Carlos!!!!!). Anywho - I drove around for a while, then a little more, and then before I knew it, it was 10:30 and the hubby was telling me it was time to go home. I was like a little kid throwing the temper tantrum. I did NOT want to go home. Hell, I was ready to sleep in the car until he reminded me that there was a chance of flurries (damn precipitation).

This car handles way better then I even imagined! Putting the car in 3rd and driving at 10 mph w/o the car bucking at all was too cool! And then to feel the torque the thing had at 10 mph in 3rd was unreal! I'm glad it's not raining today. I'm feeling the need to take some on/off ramps!!!

Anyway, we will be there on Sunday with the car!

just out of curiousity... does mazda have any special finance rates? I want to trade in my msp for this car but the thing that sort of sucks is I have a 1.9% (60 month) rate (on a car that cost $19k out the door) This car isn't THAT much more.... but the interest might make it a tough pill to swallow.

Mazda's website, as usual, is vague at best. Stupid dealership in town keeps telling me the same thing "it all depends on your credit." Well no s*** sherlock! I tell him my credit's perfect but that if he runs it (to basically tell me something I already know) it's no longer going to be perfect. He's like... derr... I didn't know that! lol

Anywayz... any insight you can provide would be helpful.

on the speed 3 through Mazda American Credit? no sir.... Not yet atleast

I was able to get 6% APR from the dealer. My credit score is over 800, so your rates may vary. I initially went to ELoan, but the dealer matched it then beat it.
