Spent a few hours washing, waxing and detailing to produce a beautiful mirror-shine. Ain't she pretty!

Thanks! The product is called "Glare Professional Polish". Apparently it is what the pros use in showroom events. http://www.glare.com/ You can get it at Amazon.
Apperantly, Glare products are not a popular choice over on the Detailing forums. People who have tried say it's not a bad product but it doesn't last as long as claimed and there is quite a few who mention some shady sales tactics with there products. If it worked for you. cool. But I don't think i'll be giving it a try.

Good to know.....I'll see how it lasts. Went by my brother's recommendation and he seems to like it a lot.

Yeah I checked out their website and got a bit scared by their products. The website claims that you should not use any carnauba wax or polymer wax (which is about 98% of all waxes) after using special Glare polish with "Glassplexin" what ever the hell that is.

I'm not trying to knock what you used and the car does look good. Keep us posted on how well the product holds up over time. I'm always game to hear about products that protect the car but 5 years is maybe pushing it.

Your CX-5 looks great. I love the reflection of the white picket fence.

I think your choice of polish is just fine. As Ride92 pointed out those that have actually used it like it. If it last through winter it's good enough, right? 5 years, who cares... I think the real deal is to do something to keep your car in good shape.
