If you've got that much bread, dude, go ahead. But the FS-ZE is a little higher compression than I'd want to put boost onto.
 
You could do both, but it wouldn't be worth it...you'd only get a few lbs of boost out of that engine. You're better of turboing the FS.
 
There are no stupid questions, just stupid answers. Like sttl says, "if you have that much dough, go for it" You can still turbo a motor with higher compression. But the higher the compression, the more you have to retard the ignition. You'll also need quite a bit more fuel too. But yes, it can be done. Linux paid a little less than $2k for a used FS-ZE, but the turbo kit will put you back about another $3700+.
