that blows man. If i were in the car and my car got dinged, I would have made the person pull out insurance and swap info so that they can pay for the damage they did and if they didnt agree, call the cops.
For that a$$hole, I would have called the police and waited for his sorry ass to give me the insurance since he'd prolly not care and drive off if there wasnt a law enforcer there. afterwards, Id find the most expensive dent repair person in town and use them so that that fucktard would learn not to mess with people who park far out.

Parking in college is the worst! Inevitably you will get dinged and by the time you get back to your car, that person has already left. In my case, someone hit my bumper and took the paint completely off (3-4 inches). There was nothing I could do. Another time I heard someone open a car door into some car in a parking deck as I was walking to my car. I heard the driver laughing about it to one of his friends. Now, guess who's car it was....MINE! Luckily I got the scratch out, but my knee left a nice orange-sized dent in his door. Ooops, did I do that? (dunno)
