it looks like it hurt like a b****. but also a mean thing to do when in a fight would be to yank em out, aka punisher style, and that would hurt more since there are moreof them. but i do give credit for the interesting style, i usually thin some piercings are sexy but i think these are more of a "artistic" side to it all.
