why so much drama over some plugs buy a few diff. sets and try them out, find the ones that work best and use them, sounds pretty easy to me

minus the group of people who have problems with them

I guess myself, 505, and the others who have had issues with them are ******* retards who cant use a spark plug gapping tool, and the bkr7e should work 110% fine in our car.

I retract my statement, the bkr7e is gods gift to the MSP.

I've enrolled all of us who have had issues with bkr7es in a 6 week course on how to properly gap spark plugs as the BKR7E's are 110% problem free with the MSP.

/end sarcasm
I spent 30 minutes gapping my plugs before I put them in just to be sure they were absolutely correct.

Result: rough idle

I'm tellin you guys man, use the part # key and the stock plug # PZFR6F to determine what you want to run. I'll sum it up for you:

If you want to run colder heat range but stick with the platinum, use PZFR7F.

If you want to run stock heat range but switch to copper, use ZFR6F.
If you want to run colder heat range and switch to copper, use ZFR7F.

If you want to run stock heat range but switch to irridium, use IZFR6F.
If you want to run colder heat range and switch to irridium, use IZFR7F.

Hope this helps.
I agree 100% with this (2thumbs) !!!

...........So by your reasoning I guess the rest of us that have no problems with the spark plug are some sort of automotive gods that could make a spark plug work in any situation.

Yea I guess I must be the best gapper in the world, along with the other people who have no issues. You just don't get it do you? Some people have got the car the run well with standard reach, some haven't. Some people have got the car to run well with extended reach, and others haven't. Ever hear of production variances, the same reason some people run 5 psi stock and others run 7. Or why some ECUs run far richer than others. Just because it didn't work for you or you had issues doesn't mean the rest of us have.

I have repeatedly challenged you to check my car out, or some of the other cars out in the area that have the same plugs and the best you could come up with is some lame sarcasm. So by your reasoning I guess the rest of us that have no problems with the spark plug are some sort of automotive gods that could make a spark plug work in any situation.

But you know what, you seem to know everything. I'm glad your car is running better, enjoy the car and the forum.
who gives a **** about the cars in the area. i challenge you to come check out my car and tell me bkr7e's didnt cause issues. there are 15 people in this thread who have confirmed the same issues that I had, they have also had. quit dodging the issue

like I said quit talking down to people slick. act like a ******* adult

so why don't you try some different plugs seems easier than going back and forth on the forum

just a question too why would you be such a prick to someone in your own area? I could give a **** as I ignore little kids talking s***, but other people might not be as nice about being such a prick.

What the hell is all this ******* drama over spark plugs. Grow up, damnit. If they dont work for you, fuckign change them and STFU. THANKS.

i had some issues with the ngk copper plugs, i switched to denso iridium extended reach and they helped out. not a night and day difference, but definately better. i think it depends on the car, but having extended reach plugs would probably be better..not positive though as there are other variables..
