Korey spotted a white civc with the same wheel/tire combo... though the wheels were hyper-silver..

I spotted a green civic with the same color/wheel but with Kumho's..
and a shitload more curbing than I ever had.

They may have tossed new tires on to try to be "smart"

She couldn't tell, it was too dark.
As soon as I get my printer to work, I'm going over to her house to see if she can positively identify the car.
The more I think about it, THAT is the car.... it matches everything.
Same car, mods, location... and there's a tire store across the street.
I'm positive it's the ******.

Well, I found a green Honda civic that matches the original description(EXACTLY) given to me by my neighbor . I has a set of wheels with the same color/size/lugnut/etc... but different tires.

I'm waiting for my neighbor to come home so she can positively identify the car.
If the car IS the one she saw, I'm calling the authorities ASAP.
I want a NEW set of wheels (because theyre f'ing curbed to hell)with MY tires and a new set of lugnuts.
The fuckers will be in jail and will pay every penny to have new wheels ordered and mouted and balanced.
They will also pay every penny to have the front bumper cover repainted as well as the price for new rotors.

I dont think I'll be too fond of Mexicans anymore.

Check to see if the balance weights have been moved or not. If they are then you know. But there is also that chance that they didn't bother with balancing.

Thats the thing, I had my wheels balanced two weeks ago(new tires).
The adhesive is still on my wheel..I know for a fact.
..I'll have to look at the civic once more.
