Stock PSI before and after flash

I've done a search and have not found exactly what I am looking for.

What is the average stock (before MBC/EBC) PSI that you guy's see before you got a flash and after. I just bought and flashed my 2003.5 MSP and installed a boost gauge. I am seeing consistent 5 PSI all the time (maybe a spike to 5.5PSI). Though, I had thought max was 6.5PSI. WTF?

Please advise. Thanks in advance.

The flash in no way, will effect the boost responce, or level. It is set in the actuator, and controlled by the vacume. It could possibly be that there is an isue with your actuator. I see 6.5 constantly, while having my EBC off.

i think it varies a little from 5-6.5 for msps
alot of cars that are turbo from the factory varie a few psi

I thought the wastegate wasnt adjustable, or there were tamper proof clamps on it so that u couldn't mess w/ it...

Yes, it has a NUT that is ADJUSTABLE on it.

hey blkzoomzoom when u adjusted the wastegate did u turn the nut in or out? i read your post a few months ago when u said that but i dont know if it was in or out! thanks
