Stock MS3 dampers

Will MS3 front struts bolt right on to a regular 3?

Thanks man. Do you think it's even worth it? I mean are they much different from the 3 struts 'cause they seem to suck. I'm replacing mine and my buddy wants them but I don't want to help him put them on if it's not gonna make a difference. I told him just to man up and get some Koni's but he's got a wife and kids....(he's a cheap ass)

The entire MS3 suspension is an upgrade to the regular 3 stuff but I don't know how much difference just the front shocks would make.
