Stewart Warner Boost Gauge & UltraLite WB

What we have here is a BRAND NEW IN THE BOX stewart warner boost gauge.
it is a 30HG/15PSI gray face with an amber light. This gauge is known to be the BEST matching color/light/style for the Protege. I had baught it to be used in the old MSP but it is sold so i have no need for this.

Second is a AutoMeter UltraLight II Wide band gauge with O2 sensor. This was used in my protege for about 1500 KM before it got sold. It 100% working order, and the gauge face it flawless.

Im selling these only to get money to buy a Boost gauge and WB that color match the MS3 interior better.

ill start pricing at:

SW boost = 80$ + shipping
WB = 210$ + shipping

And see where it goes.

i was thinking about it... i dicided here because of the color matching to the protege so well, i didnt think anyone else would want it. but toss it up in the General if you want.

I am interested but arent boost guages supposed to read at zero when off or disconnected? i always thought they read a certain atmospheric pressure...am i right or wrong people????

they read 0 when off... or they're broken.

They read the pressure differential between the intake mani and open atmosphere, not absolute pressure, which as you know is about 14 psi.

I'll leave it for now and move it in a few days if they parts are still here, deal?

what ever wagon said... im not sure. This gauge is brand new, i never installed it. so i just though it would straighten out... or maybe there is a calibration on the back. not sure, i can call up someone from tech support if you want.

a part number search indicates its mechanical. it may need to be sent in for service, or if it comes with a hose it could be kinked... or something...

mech gauges aren't too hard to calibrate. If you have a pencil or pen you can stick it in the back and turn the dial until it reads 0 and you are good. That's all I had to do to mine at least.

thats guys, that is what i thought. Also, it comes with a 2 year warrenty. so if there is any problems shouldnt be too hard to fix. I even have a contact at Fuel Systems Inc. that helped me out with an oil temp gauge.
