I want to get rid of my Injen CAI and just have a SRI kit (turn the injen to sri)

My question is, do i put the MAF just before the filter? (after it?)

why not relocate? makes like 23049823409283 times easier. especially if you develop a boost leak you can at least drive the damn thing home with no boost

Just remove the CAI pipe and put the MAF on the pipe and the filter on the maf....been running mine like this for years....

injen cai converted to sri:

^That's the way to do it. Or you could drill a hole for the IAT sensor grommet and just stick the filter right on the MAF. That would work too.

or just use the cai??

moving the filter made a world of difference with maintenance. the filter would get nasty so quickly in the fender well. it stays amazingly clean up in the engine bay. also, the risk of sucking up water decreases drastically.

cai is not worth it IMO.
