squeeeeeeeeaaaaak on launch.

Hey. At complete random, but usually shortly after i start my car, if I'm stopped and shift into 1st....and start goign, I'll get a high pitch squeak coming from the engine bay. Any ideas on what it could be?

probably a rhetorical question... but have you checked the belts?

No, but I have suspected the belts. I would have checked, but what do i look for?? What do i do?

K, well, look for them obviously being loose... like more than an inch play (be safer with less, but inch def) -then look for cracking or excessive wear; like maybe they were rubbin sumwhere?! -but if they're in good shape, you prolly just need to tighten 'em up a lil.
