Cranks don't "spin down" -- they stop.Yeah, it's normal... I believe it's just the crank spinning down and the rotating assembly inside the engine coming to a stop. This car is one of the roughest at shut down I've ever seen. The exhaust sputters out loudly and you hear the squeak/clunk of the crank spinning down.
There's a cooling-down sequence for the turbo. What you hear is a few relays and valves doing their job.
