Yeah I didnt just do the engine I did everything..
Not only that but I did buy over 1100.00 in BRAND NEW HOUSINGS, 400.00 in Cosmo irons, 150 for a rotor etc etc..
as for today.. got the brand new Nippon thermostat in the car and the neck tightened down.
I need to buy the coolant cap holder o-ring and then I will be golden from there.
one last thing to add about your post.... My car was n/a stock had 70K and ran REMARKABLE when I pulled it.. This is why I do what I do.. I wanted this project.. has nothing to do with money.. I was not happy until this car is done the way I want it done.

OK so since I have pretty much ran out of cash and I'm not sure when I will have more in order to buy more parts I have started pondering a few things..
which seats should I buy
Maybe rip out the interior (not painted like I did but buy black interior)
which wheels will I go for (really want SUPER Advans)
which brand of SS braided oil cooler hoses should I get (MS, RB, CS)

As for seats are you looking for stock replacement? Are you wanting something fully adjustabel or are you ok with fixed back?
Wheels...lol expensive tastes I guess everyone has their holy grail of wheels though.
As far as braided oil cooler lines I have been kinda wondering why a lot of people go stainless braided, it shows how long I haven't dealt with the rx7 but do oil cooler lines really fail all that often?

seats.. NOT OEM.. deff either Bride, Recaro, etc.. and would perfer reclinable.
Wheels.. I have many different styles I like but yes the SUPER Advans are my holy grail lol
SS oil cooler lines.. they look better as far as last longer.. not to sure about that... the stock lines do have a tendency to leak but again we are talking on 20+ years...

OK I think for the time being I am going to:
roll the rx7 out of the garage
wash the body and the glass
start to do any minor repairs on the body that I need to do
put the new door on the car
put the new fender on the car
install the injectors and fuel lines and pressure regulator.
thats about it for now.

OK time for an update...
I have no more money.. The RX-7 won't be done this year.. I just can't afford to drop any money into it right now with all the money I have going out (the reason I got a second job and work 16hour days)
HOWEVER I will put a piece or two at it when I get a chance.. so most recently I bought the S4 thermostat cap adapter o-ring from Mazda.. put that on and the cap adapter and my Greddy cap.
I think this weekend I may install my oil cooler (after I clean it out), my radiator, and start getting other things cleaned, and pulled off/out to get sold for extra funds.

I wish there was but no funds to do anything.. I do plan to do a few things here soon.. install the driveshaft, install the oil cooler and radiator.. and in the next couple weeks I may buy my 2 injectors I need so I can get the UIM on.

I'm buying another RX7, its mainly a parts car with a JDM engine in it.. I am going to use some of the parts on my current build I am also going to re-evaluate the condition of both vehicles (body and under body) and see which car will be the correct car to use for the beast
