Got a deal on a sub yesterday got me a 10" Alpine Type E for $20. The Kenwood i had im just gonna leave it in my subie, besides I have Infinity door speakers and tweeters in my Protege now and since I cant find an Infinity amp ill just get an Alpine Sub and amp and call it a day.

Well had planned to strip the interior this weekend, we started but ended up cleaning out my garage to get it ready for painting so it will be painted soon and we need a clean place so heres a few pics of my garage and new pics of the car.
Well youve seen how it looked before in a few pics Thanks to Ruben who lended a hand this weekend i now have a clean organized garage.
Swapped my 311 Sticker to my new CF Pillar, and my Dave B Rings to my new MSP Speedo

Well its not part of my build but im doing my new rims I got on my Subie this color Black Chrome..what yall think we did this one last night gonna finish them off today.

Well finally got around to uploading the pics had a long night in Austin alot of drama and drinking but heres my new speed3 seats. They arent perfect but for the price its all good. They have a little wear but no tears and a few stains but im gonna give them a good cleaning either way they will be a nice addition to my build

Well newest mod i just bought a Viper 2way Remote Start alarm. Got a good deal on it too BNIB so im happy. Now I just need to find a place to install it when my car is ready

But picked up some parts today and yesterday got a 01-03 front subframe. Now i can install my gt spec ladder brace. Also got a rear reinforment panel it goes on the rear subframe to add more ridigity. The 99-00 didnt come with one, also got a better conditioned front dash. And found my valve cover that i powder coated it was lost but now is found. Id post pics but everyone knkws wbat the parts look like.

Looking to buy a new HID kit with Hi/Lo the ones i have now are just the low beams and I have no Hi's so just waiting on that to come through then onto the next part. i should be able to take my head and mani to the machine shop this week. I was shorted on my check last payday and should be added to this check so fingers crossed

Finally got a pic of my alarm cant wait to get the car done so i can install it.

I know its been a while since ive had an update that had some actual progress but here ya go this should hold you over for a while. With the help of Ruben I brought my motor home we started the interior its just a teaser I still have to mount them but the speed3 seats are in the car...haha
Swapped out the carpet and the door panels cleaned up the carpet and the crap that made its way under the carpet. There was alot of change i found an old one hitter pipe i had probably about 10yrs ago..lol. also a sample pack of toothpaste, and a few other things.
Heres where i left off ill finish installing the panels this week and start to work on installing the rear seats the fronts wont go in till after the dash goes in. But that should be soon also. Motor will be taken apart this week and next week it will be ropped off to get the PnP work done, install cams and gears. Also going to clean up the block and PC some of the brackets and give the motor some color.

Well we didnt get much done over the weekend we took my motor apart and it needs more work than I originally thought theres rust in the water ports and it looks bad. I mean im sure i can slap it back in and call it a day and itll be fine but im spending all this time and money on everything else i want the heart of this b**** to be strong so i dont have any wories down the road. So its gonna take a little longer to get it on the road again but thats fine. Id rather wait than rush it.
We did how ever coat some parts though just a coolant can, some brackets, strut brackets and lug nuts. I should be getting my gold powder today and im gonna coat some of my parts the stuff we coated was my buddys.

Other than the lil bit of surface rust looks good. Not a whole lot of carbon really. And best part is that its all still useable after a lil tlc. How many miles on that motor?

I dont recall i wanna say like 70-80K could even be 60K motor came form my brothers car he didnt drive much and he drove like Miss Daisy so i know the motor is good.
Didnt get to do anything this weekend the rain kinda put a damper on things but this weekend id like to get something done not sure what but something. Its obvious it wont be ready for the meed in Nov but oh well ill live ill still be there and theres always next year.
