I think the corksport bar is hollow. I used to have one for my Ford Escort and it felt pretty light. It was a hollow core but because of the design of the bar is was pretty strong.

I recommend them i put my oem fan next to the radiator and it was just as thick as the radiator and the slim fan together. And i had trimmed the oem shroud to fit with the radiator so thats a big difference.

Ok heres a little update on whats been done over the weekend definitly a inprovement. Thanks to the help of good friend AzteCypher i was able to get more done.
ill strart off with a few parts i got in the mail. I got my sway bar bushing set, hella horns, and fiberglass aftermarket grill, and today i should be getting a HID kit for my fogs.
injen hydroshield, and filter cover
on to what was done. i put together my clunk fix kit. didnt get to install it yet
also removed my MX6 rear strut bar gonna sell it and install my new to me corksport bar
and the main thing was moving the harnesses and parts in the bay, degreasing and painting it black..

i can tell! im goin to keep my blue since im goin to paint the car white! but i need to poilsh it up like you did to urs, i mean wow that red was so damn shiny, when i saw ur bay before in person i was like damn his paint is fuked up lol! where did you buy it?

awesome thanks! and in the fender well im putting bed liner on it! i thought id tell you to give you somthing eles to do too that will help from rust and look clean!

bedliner wont help against rust in fact it will just hold the moisture in the metal and let it rust faster if it is already there, bedliner is a great topcoat if you rust proofed the fenders or have brand new panels that can be covered with bedliner .I've seen lots of cars and trucks that rusted worst after the bedliner was applied to floor of inner fenders because it traps the moisture i would never use it. i recommend POR15 or similar products

yea ur right bro...
but no, i gots no rust so its good to put it over somthing that has no rust to pertect it more from rocks, mud, sticks anything that that can take off ur paint and stuff like that but.
