Spark Plugs

I have seen a few threads on people talking about changing spark plugs. I am coming up on 70K and am thinking on changing plugs in the near future. The engine runs great and I am not experiencing any noticible loss, but I do like to keep up on maintenance. My question is has anyone actually changed their plugs yet and what are they using?

Iridium and platinum are there to make plugs last longer not perform better.
OE plugs are already platinum tipped. It lasts 100K (recommended replacement interval).

No, I have not changed plugs for a long time. I typically sell my vehicles before I need to change plugs.
(around 70-80K miles)

So based upon the number of clicks on this thread either no one has tried the pulstar, or no one has replaced plugs.
