I just "Google it" and that's what i got, for the tire size it's probably in our owner's manual.

This is from the "TECHNICAL TRAINING" Handbook Mazda CX5 :
For CX5 with R17 Tires: T145/90D16 106M - Tire Size: 16x4T- Offset 40mm- Bolt Pattern:114,3
CX5 with R19 Tires: T155/90D16 103M - Tire Size: 18x4T- Offset 40mm- Bolt Pattern:114,3


For my CX5 with R19 Tires i got an EMERGENCY WHEEL/TIRE from a CX7 which has the same dimensions as above for CX5 with R19 rims!

Thank you, JY1 sent me PM with the part numbers which i have parsed on to my dealer, waiting to hear back, but just seeing the picture of yours gives me peace of mind.
