u will not pass without cats
u might pass with hi-flow

hi-flow cat will silence the exhaust.
i was running catless with tsudo muffler without silencer = loud (house shaking loud)
added hi-flow magnaflow cat = nice, deep, mellow tone. still can be loud at WOT.

I actually only have the SP2 Catback, but I was considering the Apex downpipe w/highflow cat. I bought most of my mods from them and I am pleased with the service. I still want to be able to pass emissions without any hassle.

I have Ion's downpipe along with the SP2. I broke the first downpipe they sent me. One of the welds on it snapped the first week I had it. I sent it back and they sent me a new one. It is going strong after 6 months. The sound with the SP2 and Ion downpipe is good, it is actually quieter than I wanted. Everyone who has heard it loves how it sounds.
