Somthing to think about

nah more that its weak. Its not worst im just a heavy critic. Its stains easily i guess i really dont know how to word it.

well believe me im no paint expert at all i dont know s*** but on my 240 back in the day when i use to try to keep it good looking this was a few curbs and guard rails, trees, mailboxes ago and i would just sand it down smooth primer it and paint it, of course depending on how big if it was like dime size i would think maybe u could just paint it if u got to it asap.... the touch up paint its like nail polish brush thingy..... but im sure someone on here nows more bout painting my buddy workx at a paint shop though ima ask him tonite if no one comes up with an answer

how do you keep the brush marks off? and when are you gonna post pics of this beat up 240?

im going to post pics within this week im trying to get my buddies digi cam cuz i dont got one and i work sings 4 pm to 11 pm and he workx 7 am to 4 pm so we miss each other alot but ill catch up to him.......

brush marks....just very carefully.... like right balance to lil and theyll show up to much and its a blotch... just right.

and i rag out my 240 etc but i do take very good care of it.... its got 198000 miles on it. ive done everything short of replacing the motor so its in great running condition...................................i hope

my buddy bought a 240 but it was junk. i felt bad because my friend and i ragged on him so bad he sold it. he was just so set on buying one it could have been 89 colors and he still would have snagged it. we lowered it and it looked like the wheels were horizontal and going to take off like a spaceship.

hahah thats funny. well mine was in great condition but ive had it for lil over 2 yrs now so we know how that goes.
i get offers on my s*** all the time im like what u wana buy this look its 2 differnt colors etc. but ppl are impressed how it sounds and runs etc i got a couple things done to it

nothing extremely special

headers, straight pipe, rsr coilovers, front and rear strut bar, sway bars, 6 puck no spring metal clutch, k and n intake, fuel injectors, thats all really performance crucial then lil bull s*** plugs wires or whatever. o no power steering i hate power steering. and i had to replace my timing chain so when i did that i advanced my timing a lil bit that helps out some.

all everything else is just new but stock things ive done, new water pump, alternator, starter, belts, rotors/brakes (too many times), clutch master cylinder, brake master cylider, throttle body, radiator and 17,652 hoses rofl. i konw this may not sound like alot or whatever to ppl that have built there s*** but iveput some hrs uner the hood

going to have to disagree here a lil bit... cuz when a job is suppose to take an hr and its been 6 and your ordering pizza that is a bad time lol... calling every wehre u can to see if they have this or that

dude ive been there SO many times. i never have finished anything on time. even installing my axleback took four hours because i rounded a bolt trying to get that **** off, and had to go buy a hacksaw.

dude im starting a new thred on this somewhere else go look for it i got a funny story i thinkn ppl can relate or somthing

no for some reason you get electricuted when you attempt to shut the door (dunno)
For those who don't like getting the snot shocked out of them (maybe some enjoy it, i don't know... whatever floats your boat :D), you've got to try the hold-the-metal-doorframe method while getting out. Works like a charm everytime. :)
