Looking good man. Maybe I can see it in person one of these days. I might fit in with your VW friends a little better now.

I don't know...just not really feeling the rims...car is hot, but I think that paint scheme is not...I don't think it adds to the car...

scratch: how old are you and how many cars have you owned and tuned.... this is my first and my pocket is going to college.

Chef: what suspension you running and how cheap did you get it?

I am running H&R coilovers. I paid just over a grand for them shipped from street unit. Install was a breeze but I have done this kind of thing before. I absolutely LOVE how they ride and the drop they gave me. They are not harsh at all for being all the way down. I'll work on squeezing every bit of lowness out of them in the spring. I think I can get a few quarters of an inch lower.

H&R does not have helpers. I am running both the perch and the locking collar in front and I have the spring perch/adjustment collar removed in the rear.

I got my eyelids from partplaza on ebay and the supertones from ebay also. I couldn't find them anywhere else for cheaper.

what did you pay to get them painted, im just short on money right now and i still have a 4 months to find out if im going off to college or commuting. how low priced was everything

I bought unpainted ones but they sell color matched ones. I painted mine myself the first time around and it cost me under $20 but required a lot of prep work on my part. Then my car was hit while parked and I needed a new headlight so I got the second set professionally painted.

The supertones I painted myself with the same paint I used for the eyelids the first time.

when you connect the horns up do you just make the wire longer that the stock horn was wired to or what, like how easy is it to install

I pre-wired the horns but left extra length. Then I removed the front end of the car, used self tapping screws into the bumper support to mount them and also double as a grounding point, wired them together and cut the wire to the right length, unplugged the stock horn, and plugged in the wire from the new horns with a terminal on the end. It was a pretty easy job but time consuming to get everything how I wanted it to be.

They are pretty awesome though. People get scared when they try to merge into me or cut me off. I see them swerve when I lay on the horn.

I rarely hit 70 anymore. I am pretty much over driving fast on the highway.
