Some stange sounds

Hey guy's so I'm new to owning a MS3 and this is my first turbo charged car. Now that I've owned my car for a little while I've started to hear some strange sounds. When the car is at idol there is a tickin sound, it's not that loud but it's there. Also, when at idol with the clutch pushed in, everything is fine but with the car neutral with the clutch out there is a weird sound. I was just wondering if anyone else is hearing these sounds? Anyone who could help would be great. Thanks Josh.

I hear the same exact sound when you have the clutch out in neutral. The hum of the engine completely changes... for example when I wake up and get ready to leave, I step in the car, clutch in, and start her up in neutral. I clutch out and as I'm clutching out, I can hear a different sound compared to when the clutch was in. I haven't really heard for a ticking noise at idol. i'll have to do it next time.

The ticking is your fuel injectors and cam driven fuel pump. Normal.

Teh clutch noise is because when you let the clutch engage, even when in neutral, you now have more items rotating with the motor. Normal.
