Ive been trying to figure out a way of running our cars with an actual BOV rather than a BPV.I think i might have come up with a way but i need some technical advice.
From what ive been thinking, if i moved the MAF sensor onto the intercooler out to TB pipe, it would be after the blow-off and would read the air actually going into the motor rather than the air moving through the beginning of the system. Now there are 2 things i think might be a problem though:
1.the MAF would be getting air pushed through it rather than being pulled through it(turbo pushing the air rather than pulling the air)
2.when the throttle plate is closed(and the BPV opens to relieve pressure)it will backfeed air through the MAF sensor in reverse flow.
If any1 has any feedback on this i would appreciate some advice. If it would work, i think it would be an easy way for us MSP owners to run a BOV without spending alot of money for a standalone fuel managment.
