well I just sold my house today (3 days on the market )
so couldn't make it up. well its not "sold" but escrow begins this week.

damn I hate selling houses. the cleaning & the paperwork sucks!!

Now I gotta go north and buy an old crazy expensive place
in silicon valley and spend all my time fixing it.
