So wassups newest move after scamming me. - Resolved!

if you did send it we will get it worked out then cause i have emailed you over 20 times as you know about me not recieving it. I also purchased it on the 2nd through a pm with you and was told you would ship it the 3rd ... just because it says my zip doesnt mean my address is right, please email me a picture of the whole paper work as i would like to varify the correct address on the paper work. 2nd i will call usps tomorrow and see what those **** ups might have done. If it was delived though i lead to believe that they would have confirmation when you type in the Code recieved from you....

for more clarification

1) he pmed me about the deal and never made a thread about it.
2) i recieved some money back but still have not recieved it because they have to get the money from the seller.
3) The tracking number i have doesnt show any package information
4) I never recieved anything regarding it to be picked up
5) i have bought 3 things off people on mazdas247 and have never had an issue.
6) what he doesnt wanna bring up is that he said he shipped it on the 3rd, turns out 30 days later i open a claim after emailing him over 20 times. The time he contacted me back saying he put the wrong address and it was returned.

"Doug,
The AP was just Return to Sender to me today because of "incorrect address labeling." I will have it to you Monday.

Sorry for the delay,
Jeff"

never heard from him agian. untill he started talking s*** on ****************

" i posted this all in mazdas247

last time i heard from him.

If anyone wants to see the emails post ur email and i will gladly forward them.

1)On January 2nd i ordered this AP through him in a PM that said he had one available.

2)I emailed him that i sent out his money and that i would like to be contacted with the shipping information.

3)he never emailed me back untill the 13th when he said it was returned to him and that he would be shipping it out agian.

4)i asked agian for him to supply me with the tracking number and never recieved one.

5)later i emailed him that if i didnt recieve it (2weeks later) that i would open a dispute in paypal.

6) a few days went by and i sent it through paypal to handle it.

7) Paypal tried to get a statement from him and any information about the transaction.

8) He then posted up a tracking number that didnt bring up any packaging.

9) Paypal then rewarded me the case and gave me 350 dollars. I can print screen my paypal if you wish.

10) i then emailed him and asked if he would like to settle the claim outside and just give me my money that was writfully mine.

.... oh but of course i didnt recieve an email back from him.

now like i stated in emails to him i would just like to get the remainder of my money. I dont know if paypal is holding onto it but i dont have all the money i originally sent him or an AP.

Tell you the truth, believe me if you want or dont i truly dont care. And if you wish i would be more than happy to meet with any type of gov't agency and tell them how bad i got ripped."

This package was shipped twice, the first time was Return to sender and sent a week earlier. The receipt shows the second shipping date. Why dont you post all the emails if you want to call me out.

Well when we figure out if it was delivered or not, we will know who to crucify

and 1speed3, you will only get the partial amount when paypal refunds you initially, then they award you the remaining money 14 days later. But I believe wassup, so hopefully you get that cash stripped from you

1speed3,

you got the money. give wassup his damn AP.

thats not cool man. believe, thats "karma" and it will come back

right your wrong, fork over the goods

well when im being honest karma doesnt affect it..
and im trying to get in contact with him cause at this point i believe that there was a shipping error or it was stolen during shipping.

plain and simple.

if you got the bread, give up the goods

its nto that difficult. put the shoe on the other foot

plain and simple i dont have the

"bread and the goods" as you would like to call it.

I have part of my money and thats it. you are not helping this process at all so keep to yourself please

I think there are people posting in this thread that dont even have a clue whats going on..Like the last couple of guys talking about giving up the goods.

read closer!!!

he recieved only an amount of the money from paypal and no AP.

please no one post unless you read through everything, its a pain in the ass to the people involved.

Looks like the address was not verified by both parties prior to the ap being shipped.
This just seems like a mis-understanding that got way out of hand. This doesn't read like anyone was out to scam anyone.

If it were me, I would be happy I got the $350 back, and just forget about the other $100 and move on, and stop going on and on about it. To me, it looks like just a misunderstanding happened and maybe it was shipped to a different address than the one in Paypal or something.

On the other hand, if the seller would have entered tracking info into Paypal during the claim, it would not have given the buyer any refund because the tracking info would have proved it had been sent and more than likely the buyer would have lost the "item not received" dispute.

Not saying it happened/will happen, but boy would that suck if the buyer got a refund for $350 AND got the AP on his doorstep. The seller seems to be the one out in this situation if that did happen, and honestly there is no way to tell. There's also no way to tell that the package was returned unless there is delivery confirmation. USPS receipts don't show the full address that something was shipped to, and the only true way to see if something was delivered would be through a delivery confirmation.
