Any opinions on snow tires for a protege? I was thinking of stepping down to 15s for winter and maybe some BlizzaK WS-60s or LM-25s. Thanks in advance.

Yes....just make sure they are 5x4.5 (5x114.3) bolt pattern with a 67.1mm hub bore...damn if I can't remember what offsets are preferred. Also, I think the best size is a 195/55/15....but I am sure there are a couple of more.

I bought Michellin X-Ice last year and they are fine. Size is 185/65/15. I like the fact they are narrow so they put more pressure on the snow but to each, their own.

I have LM-25's on my MS3 and love them. Handles awesome and they are so quiet. Overall, they behave like a performance all season tire in wet and dry. I'll find out about snow in a day or so as I'll be in Cleveland with my folks and 4-6" of fresh stuff :)

16in steelies with dunlop graspic's rocked in the midwest for me.
