Thats crazy, it almost looks like the part where he is actually regurgitating is a rewinded clip and sped up clip from when he ate it. I know its possible and they do this, just looks funny, and way too fast for me.

most likely an anaconda as stated before. My guess is based on it's appearance and it seems they are in Brazil, home of anacondas.

Yes, see post number 18, it is very common actually.
and if you watch his jaws they have to pop back in place after he spits it out, when they are eating it pops out, unhinges, as his mouth spreads. they dont open their mouth to the width of the food before they start to eat, it is playing in the correct direction.

the digestive acid in snakes are amazing. that snake could have probably digested that whole hippo thing. this reminds me of that south park where the kids are in costa rica and their rain forest guide get eaten & pooped out by a small snake

The snakes IS an Anaconda, snakes CAN regurgitate and will when they fell threatened as was explained earlier, and it was NOT a hippo. It was a Capybara. Capybara's reach large sizes and although furry, when covered in a snakes digestive fluids everything looks slimy.
