that looks like it is billowing excessively out of the exhuast. I dont know about 100% normal...

its very easy to come to a conclusion on this. CAN YOU SMELL THE "SMOKE?" if not its just cold-you said its 25 degree. but ifyou can smell it. thats definitely white smoke=BAD.

That's about 75F. Definitely not cold.
