My units arrived...in the great white north of canada...I have one for me and one for my wifes MP3...so now it is time to install...it will be interesting to see the coverage in canada...now since in southern ontario we are south of the 49th, it should be OK as directv is fine < >

Well the sirius is in and activated....antenna on the back deck like some of you....the verdict ?

Sirius is awesome...great sound and I have only had one dropout so far going under a six lane bridge...so coverage is great, activation was a simple step all on line...used my dad's address in the states and all is good.

Yea I love it. I still have yet to use a CD or AM or FM AT ALL since I got this activated.

My only complaint is that my head unit has crapped out twice since installing Sirius. I had to reset it with a paperclip both times. One more time and I'm taking it to the dealer.

ARRGGG STILL NO ****** HU!! I am going crazy without music. I have to stop making my own music in the car as my friends are getting irritated. I may just go buy another HU today...is there another Kenwood anyone can recommend thats cheap and does everything ours does?

hey commie, i dont remember if you ever got a headunit, but PM Marashka, he got a very nice kenwoor repplacement that is plug and play to the connections we have AND hass all th features as ours.
i believe he payed 180 or 200.

i just got my second receiver from this thing cause the first one broke. just as a note, if it breaks, don't bother to call kenwood. the company that makes it is DEI inc, i sent it out to them and a week later i had a new one

I just bought XM. Anyone who has tried both prefer Sirius and for what reason? I got Xm cause I have an Alpine deck and it's XM ready...

I got my headunit replaced by the dealer in less than a week because it kept bugging out on me. This was about a month ago.

well the company wasn't really tracking if you even had an MSP, never mind if you purchased it, so a little while after they had a bunch of people calling asking for it they decided to say that they weren't honoring that promotion any more. you might be able to call and b**** and get it because there is no expiration date on the card but it's probably not worth it

i called like, 2-3 weeks ago, and they said they would honor it once sirius sends them kenwood tuners, but they dont know when that would happen
