Just got back from seeing Sin City. Now, I'm a somewhat tough critic, and I see a lot of movies. But I gotta say - this is the best movie I've seen in a long time. I can't wait until it's out on DVD.

It was fun to watch, and candy for the eyes. Same goes for all of the naked women in the film as well.

that movie was everything I expected and more... The cinematography was amazing, and it followed so closely to the comic book... That is by far the best movie of the year. I'm gonna buy that when it comes out for sure... Everyone is gonna try to copy this movie and I can guarantee they won't succeed.

But for as long as it felt, there wasn't a dull moment. I didn't want it to end.

i saw it on friday and i was amazed, easily best movie i have ever seen. i loved it when the guy got shot with the arrow and it went right through him. also i dunno if anyone else noticed this but there was alot of reference to nazism

Just got back from it...It has sold out every showing in town since its release at midnigth on thursday night/friday morning...first chance I got in was 12:45am today, and I bought the tickets at 3pm Saturday...

Honestly I have never seen anything like it...It is such a good illustration of what its about...meaning, there has never ever been a comic book movie in which it feels just a like a motion comic book...the cinematography, the narration from each character being interrupted by the on-screen dialogue, and the special effects...it was so good...

It reminded me of Dick Tracy in a weird way, but obviously way better...but only in that the make-up and characters are so over the top, just like the comic book...but yellow bastard, and Mickey Rourke's face...and the way some violence was using really high contrast goo for blood (reminded me of brighter predator blood), and how some scenes used blood that was tinted red, while everything else was still black and white...

but if anything, see if for Frodo...You thought he was a puss in LOTR's, ****...he is a maniac in this...still somewhat feminine obviously...but his character is the most memorable in it...

one of the goons that came into Brittany Murphy's apartment with Del Toro had a swastika on his forehead...and one of the henchmen from the guy with the gold eye had a red Nazi arm band, and it stood out like Dwight's shoes...
