if you put the hybrid on, you will not have any negative issues. you will not hear anything unless you let off the gas after it's been in boost, like shifting or simply letting off. the only time it will make noise is when there is enough boost to open the valve. otherwise, it will be quiet.
ideally, spirited driving means being in boost, so that is indeed when you'll hear something.
the stock box will eliminate any spooling sound from the turbo, but you know that...
