Update. Installed a COBB FMIC yesterday with the help of Jake and V. The core is supposedly good to 500whp, so I figured I'd upgrade now and be ready for when the motor/Big Turbo build is complete...plus I got it for $380, which is pretty awesome.
Some pics from mock up, to final install. The hot and cold pipes both run up the drivers side of the engine bay, and as you can see...its a tight fit and a major pain in the ass to install. Don't mind my mess of an engine bay, LOL!
Jake and I first mocked up the piping to make sure everything fit, and we had all the pieces. Then had V pick up some JB Weld and power steering fluid while he was on his way over to make a couple quick repairs and also top off my leaking power steering rack
Everything connected and TMIC ducting removed from hood
Jakey and V trimming my bumper as the piping was hitting some portions and not allowing the bumper to go back on the car
It fits!
Crazy routing for the piping
Hot and cold pipes so close, we took a silicone coupler and cut it and taped it to the hot pipe to keep it from rubbing on the cold pip/bpv flange
Bumper back on...stealth black core
