Sho's 2007 MS3

Will, I fill up every other day lol. Doesn't matter if it's normal pump gas or E85...but I drive a lot lol.

Some updates:
Stock suspension is back on the car, h&r coilovers will be sold, and then time to upgrade to something adjustable.

I also need a driver's side axle, but those Bastards are expensive!

When I had my MS3 I bought a used OE axle from one of the Japanese specific junk yards from California for $100 shipped.

This is why I could not own a modded MS3. I'm too cheap to be doing that s***. My last tank that included Pitt Race auto-x got me 28 mpg. Lowest I've ever had. Lulz.

+1 I hate when I can't stretch my tank to 3 weeks

Its only because we were getting tuned on these tanks and doing 7-8 4th gear wide open pulls in a row each night is hard on the mpg's. I get around 3mpg (according to my ap) at wide open throttle (WOT) The mileage off these tanks aren't typical unless you're really screwing around. I went through a half a tank in 46 miles at Mid Ohio last season making less power than I am now.

only way I can see headlights far away so I know to wait to do my pulls.
Its cooler.
its when I come home, so I do pulls on my way home.
People are asleep so they don't get pissed when I have the cutout open.
people can't see my car or know when they see it during the day so I don't get in trouble.

Why do you log when it's cooler though? Wouldn't that throw off a variable of logging in the first place?

Its really just when I take logs. Just the time that i have to take them. And I don't want people to be able to see me when I do it. But yes cooler temps make for more power but I also take some logs after letting it heat soak for a little bit then I take logs to make sure the tune is safe under all circumstances.

Okay, gotcha. I just always wondered about that why it seems like everyone only logs at night with cooler temps. I would think you would want the logs to be in the typical conditions, usually during the day.

But hey, what do I know. I just go to 77 and get on and off the rest stops to get my logs during the day then give everything to Mark and say "I have no idea what I'm doing. Can you double check this for me?" and he rolls his eyes and obliges because I gave him monies. haha

haha nice. My road is really smooth, flat, and straight. So its really convenient and I don't want to draw too much attention so the main reason for logs at night is because I don't want people to see my car. 4 gear logs are pretty loud and fast so I think I would get in trouble if I did them during the day

In my case, my car has always loved to Overboost when it's cooler. So I do the logs at night when it's cool so that everything is dialed in right for when the temp drops in the fall.

I got this today on 12 gallons. (4 gal e85, 8 gal 93). Not half bad for driving somewhat aggressively

Not bad at all. For the power you're making, and the fun that the car is... can't hate that at all. Still doesn't change that I'm cheap. Ha.

A few new pics. Thanks to Eric for these
