Shortned antenna

A while back I had a sunroof installed and the installer misunderstood me and filled the hole where the antenna goes so I need to have one put back. I love the clean look w/out one but awful reception. Does anyone have a suggestion for a short black antenna and where to get one? LOVE MY P5, LOVE IT!!!!

umm ig you open you side compartment on the passenger side you see an antenna extention its black just go fromm there and hopeful itll work out

not sure if this is what you want.. but i replaced my whip of an antenna with the stubby antenna. you can get one off ebay, usually they advertize it for VW's and stuff.. heres a couple pics of my baby.

just so you know, the antenna is about 2.5 inches long. the reception on it is only about 70% of what you would get with the stock antenna.. and sometimes i cant get a couple of the stations i normally listen to. i guess you can think of it as a sacrifice for asthetics.

Perhaps a little different approach.....Are there any antenna setups available that use a thin wire placed on the window similar to that of the heater/defog wires? A lot of newer/high-end cars use an antenna that is inside or on the window glass. Perhaps you could do something like this while maintaining the clean look that you have now.

yeah i got the short antennaa... it works well outside but in underground parking lots u lose alot of reception...
