Short Shifter

Hey guys, not sure if anyone will see this, but im trying to find a short shifter option for my 02 323 astina with no real luck. After looking on this forum and a few others I see the best option is twm or kartboy but they don't exist anymore to my understanding. Any help would be appreciated
