it won't let me start a new thread. I hit submit post and the address changes and the status bar says Done but i have a blank screen

Sounds like memory limit. I've increased it. Let me know if it helps.

... and you're geographically closer to the server than all of us (it's in Montreal, right?).

I bet the people who it is fast for are all on the same upper tier ISP (of the 9 currently in existence).. or maybe all the people that it is slow for are on the same upper tier ISP

I can't be certain about the exact time, but I haven't got an e-mail about a PM or response to a thread that I'm subscribed to in a while, probably since about the time of the server changed. I always got them before and I checked my usercp and nothing has changed all the e-mail boxes are still checked?

Also I've noticed this many many times beore, the smilie for BUMP (bump) just shows up as the "white box with a red X". This has been happening off and on since I joined Mazda Forums last summer.
