I have a 2015 Mazda6 GT and love it, but am having a problem getting my factory stereo to work with Sirius XM. I call Sirius to activate my free 4 month service and after doing all the setup steps the person at Sirius said I needed to call Mazda to have them reset my Radio. I was told that for unknown reason the radio wasn't getting the information to be able to use the service. I had the car parked outside and was left on for at least 30 minutes and tech said that it should have worked after as little as 5 minutes. Has anyone else had this problem? Can someone please help me? I have no clue as to how to reset the Radio.
