famous last words.I didnt bother to ask i trust the man well known guy who knows his s***
what if he told you to stick your intake in a bucket of sand to PnP your top end?
the man got money anything goes wrong he pay for it you guys have your opinion he wouldnt be putting money into my car just to blow it think about that
How much FSDE experience does he have? Does he understand how fragile our rods are compared to a 4G63, or comparable engine? If he turned the boost up to 20 psi, I SERIOUSLY doubt it. Even ignoring the fact that the GT2554 simply isn't efficient at boost pressures that high. All its doing is making the air hotter. 15psi would have been as fast or faster, and a half hour worth of homework would prove this, so there again I call his "qualifications" into question.
And look at what you're doing here. One post you're saying "Oh, I'll never do it again I know it won't hold" and in the next you're saying "He knows what he's doing it'll be fine"... no wonder you're confusing the hell out of the masses...
You've gone back and forth like this like 3 times now, and I'll bet if I got in your car and stomped on it right now the boost would go above 10psi. But thats just my bet based on reading on the internet.
I'm not trying to call you out or anything, but really you need to look at what you're saying and how it forces people to perceive you. Because what it looks like is you're coming in here and sticking your tongue out at all of us, and when we tell you that if you don't put it back in your mouth it'll get chopped off, you're continuing to stick it out at us because someone you trust said it'll be fine, even though we all know better.
I have a front mount, tune, upgraded midpipe, stiffer mounts, and a welded diff. I run 6 psi. You know why? Because I don't care if it doesn't do 0-60 in 5 seconds. I want to make sure it does 0-60 again when I need it to tomorrow.
You seem to think you're the first person to crank the boost up. You're not. You're also not the first one that would be smart and turn it back down before it blows. You're also not going to be the first one to blow it up despite having been warned. I hate to break it to you, but no matter what you do with that car you will be following in someone else's footsteps. The platform is 12 years old, and the MSP itself is 8 years old (going from original sale dates). There really isn't anything new to do to the car.I said he knows what his doing i never said we were going to run that amount of boost people just love to think that me myself i like to see things first hand I dont want go by what other people have done kind of pointless for me to follow some else foot steps i dont mind messing around and see what happens at the end of the day i'm the one who going have to deal with it. Everyone here makes sense but at the end of the day i want see it first hand I have nothing agaisnt everyone in the forum so why can people just relax and stop worrying about my car I'm not here to argue all i wanted was to share something with my fellow msp owners lol

And why is that? Because you're not being commended for doing something foolish?Well this is pointless now i notice why most people dont like posting in this forum. Good day everyone (rei)
(yawn) Thats nothing. Some idiot took out his turbo, and took it down the track. He wasnt worried.
and might i remind u no mechanic has ever touched my car, all engine, body, paint, and electrical work all done by me.
