rumbling and shaking noise when car is in drive

I've been having a problem with my car, once i putt he car into drive my cabin starts shaking and my engine begins to make weird noises even when its at a complete stop. When i accelerate my car begins to make a really loud noise int he cabin. and only when i give it some gas. At high RPMs sounds like i put an exhaust system on it. Also i have a kick from 1st gear to second gear but this was a problem before this sound came along.
I have a 2006 mazda 3 5-door 2.3L Auto with 91k miles new transmission oil and engine oil like 1k miles ago.

Tranny mount? Motor mount? I dunno...That's weird

yeah its really bothering me and idk about the engine mount because when i rev in park nothing weird
when i put it in neutral and rev up to 2k its fine right when i pass it everything starts shaking :\

so figured it out left engine mount is completely gone and the right is beggining to really wear out
