a WRX will own an RSX on so many levels but personally i like the look of an RSX over a WRX, but still i would get a WRX

I check with my Insurance, and strangly enough the WRX was a bid higher than the RSX. I'm not too worry about insurance, I'm a step 9 this August (2thumbs)

I'd take the RSX anyday over the WRX. Everyone seems to think because the WRX has a turbo that it means power. Not in stock form! Look at the dynos....around 165whp. Ninja pleeeezz! That sucks. I've driven both and I certainly can't say the WRX is torquey with a straight face, before boost that thing is a turd, highway passes were difficult. The RSX has a NICE tranny, the fit and finish is the s*** and will make great power NA. The seats are nice, revving to 8 grand is way fun! WRX's are becoming the new Civic....

The RSX has hardly any torque. RSX-S has 200 HP and only around 140 lb-ft of torque. You gotta rev that thing up high to make it go.

It's a lighter car. On the 2 test drives I took, I didn't notice it lacking power for daily driving.

I can't even remember, I've seen a few dynos of stock WRX's and all I remembered was 160's....

Yep, the RSX's are around 160. Never denied that. (crazy)

nope, he is right...Stock WRX's dyno around 155-165hp due to massive drivetrain loss. But just try and see if you can get a 14.0 out of a stock RSX. Youc an in a WRX, Ive seen it done.

True, it has a second gear made of glass, but if you're that serious about modding(over350hp) you're probably gonna wanna get an RA gearset anyways(and you'd prolly wanna change the tranny in the Honda too if you were making that much power...well torque is more of a problem on a tranny than hp)

True you see a lot of WRX's, but on a day to day basis they are 98% of the time stock. I see just as many if not more RSX's and usually they are not type-s and are riced to the max. (shrug)

oh, and already being turbo there are so many more options with the WRX...and the quality aftermarket parts-vishnu, turboXS, godspeed, prodrive, etc... aernt NEARLY as expensive as that honda crap-Hondata, Mugen, etc...

I just got back from test driving both cars. I know these two are not in similar classes but they're the only two I have in mind. The Acura person is telling me there no rebates or anything at all to bring down the price but the Subura guy is jumping for joy in selling me his WRX. And i'm also trading in my P5 for it. I am leading toward the RSX a lot due to its solid feel. I love the interior feel compare to the WRX's cheap feel and flimsy cup holder. The only thing I'm considering in the WRX is the Turbo and AWD, I love it! Sorry guys but I'm going to jump off the mazda wagon. I need something more faster and more flashier..... tell me what you guys think!

man rsx has the worst and the most unusable interior i've ever seen.. if that is what u want, good luck..

If you're worried about 1/4 don't buy an import. A nice mustang or Camaro with some 3.73's and slicks will be great at it.
