Just an important note on the LED conversion you all are thinking of doing:
I am nearly 100% sure that our cruise control uses a voltage meter-type setup - meaning that when you press the brake, there is a sensor that picks up the voltage travelling to the brake lights, and tells the cruise to shut off. If you install LEDs, your cruise will not shut off when you press the brake.
This was posted a while back by a guy who swapped out bulbs for LEDs (may have been on a Pro sedan, but same thing applies). Because LEDs draw damn near no current at all, the voltage sensor does not pick up that the brake lights are on, and your cruise will stay activated, and will probably attempt to accelerate the car, because it is slowing down (you're on the brakes) - this could be quite dangerous (duh).
I had suggested that he tap into the wiring for the brake lights - try to find those wires inside the car, and splice in a regular bulb and harness. This could then be hidden inside a panel of the car - the light won't be seen, but the fact that it illuminates will draw the proper voltage to allow the cruise shut-off sensor to work properly. I don't think he did this, as I think he had already returned the LEDs - I can't say for sure that it will work, but it seems logical enough to assume that it would.
Just remember, you might not think this is a big deal (I'll just never use the cruise control), but if you EVER lend you car to someone, or let someone drive while you sleep on a long ride, etc. - even a few years from now - and don't tell them not to use the cruise, or they forget, you might have a nasty accident in your future.
Just a heads up from someone who hates to see beautiful cars get smashed. Ugly ones are cool, though
