Yes, and yes.... to the tune of $460.00 + shipping.

where are these available? mazda motorsports hasn't updated their stock parts catalogs to include '03 yet...the '01 MP3 struts were approx $114 each, for a total of $460 (cheaper than i've seen them anywhere else). i'd say $460 for a set of MSP struts would be worth it if there are not other options.

quoted me that for the non-adjustable MSP struts (they superceade the MP3's.) They're still Tokico, and not to be confused with adjustable MazdaSpeed struts. The one's I referred to are OE stock on the 03 MSP.

the OE ones are the ones i meant...i've already discussed the adjustable MS availability w/ MM. i wonder why they're discontinued?

do you have a part number for them (the MSP struts)? and the springs, for that matter? or are they just substituting the MSP struts when you order the MP3 units?

if i do go over to STS, i'll likely just go with an MSP suspension until adjustables come out (if ever). or maybe i'll just stay HS and fit the MSP dampers...undecided.

Straight from Tokico's web site

"Mazda MP3 & MP5 Protege Fall/Winter 2003"

At least it's something..... although I'm not holding my breath. I'm going to hold out for these none the less, as I'm not willing to shell out ~ $500 to Mazda. They probably won't be a whole bunch cheaper direct, but every little bit helps. ;)

Jim

PS - They've got no email addy on the web site.

that's good news if it's true...i'm not buying before winter anyway -- hopefully it'll be in time for the new autoX season. i think it'll be worth waiting for adjustables.
