Red Baron said:" Right now he is in rehab from Monday - Thursday taking outpatient therapy. He starts at 9:30am and gets out at 3:30pm. He is staying with his folks until I pick him up Thursday and bring him home. He'll continue that until TIRR decides differently for him. From the interview we had, last week, with the TIRR psychologist, she didn't think Joe would be at TIRR for the 4 days before decreasing his days down and making up the other days at his work. (We hope so!).. His folks have 2 computers so when he's home I'm sure he's cleaning off the keyboard of at least one! Just be prepared that his typing skills are not yet up to par due to his right hand so there will be no formal punctuation. He said he didn't care about punctuation right now anyways...lol. He read the posts. He was overwhelmed with the readings and said he was blessed to have so many people care."
Keep it up Joe, and you'll ride the scooter again soon.
Right now? Hell, he never cared about it before. Very pleased to hear things are going well, Joe. Holy cow fell better Sir Nuke.Red Baron said:Hello everyone
For the older members : do you remember Sir Nuke? He was on the board quite often, giving many advice, and was even a moderator at one point.
Well, he had a bad motorcycle accident last month and he's still in the hospital. For those of us he helped or just "talked" with, just post a get well message, I'm sure he'd appreciate.
Thanks.
