Rear View Mirror cover & Oil Cap

I just recieved a cataloge from www.mazdaspeed.net. 1 problem, and I mean BIG problem. I can't read Japanese...lol. There are a few accessories in there that I want to get. The oil cap (or if I can find a cheaper one) and the carbon fiber rear view mirror cover. Along with a hat and shirts and stuff. I don't know where to get this stuff at. I tried gettin on www.mazdaspeed.net but everytime I try I get...HTTP 403 (FORBIDDEN) -
