What kind of deal did you get with your 440's? It will take me some time to aquired the injectors needed, but did this thread help you out any? Was the info in my initial post correct?

yeah here is a link to pics and info on them.

dont forget youll need the new spacers, these new injectors make the stock ones look like pencils.

RC makes good stuff, the best injectors you can buy.

Linux, I was the one who went to RC with a sample of the injectors to test. They tested 285 cc. They copied all the top and bottom measurments to make it fit in the fuel rail and manifold.

I have them in stock.(440 cc) I got them to Deckedout.

I was out on a certain forum, and I found that I could source some Accel 500cc injectors for $350 shipped. Anyone know anything about Accel injectors? Here is the e-mail I got:

I found this out on the net...

To choose the correct injectors for your application, multiply your cars max. horsepower by .45 (nonturbo) or .55 (turbo), then divide by the number of injectors. This will give you a required lb/hour value. If you fall between one of the injectors available, get the larger of the two.

Any truth to this formula?

there really is no formula that will give you exact results patrick. go to rc engineerings web page they have a thing you use. more complicated then the one you desribed. but they also said juan couldnt use stock injectors to support that much HP i was only at 60 percent duty cycle at 8 psi on stock 280's, now at 13 on 440s i run at like 40 lol its awesome. im WAYYYY to rich though. need to tune it a bit. always go bigger then what you need.

Juan, once again thank you for the info! I'm sold. I just have to take car of some other stuff 1st!
