to the first question no
440's ? i hope you will be running a greddy or some typeof management for injector pulsing
be careful with this MAF
i ran into some problems today with some bad news on the MAF's in the protege's
it seems they are having a hard time with changing the digital signal bieng sent to the ecu.
the majority of these MAF's are analog so i hope the set up you got will be correct.
spoolinmp3 said:This is a great trick since the injector size upped 10% will not affect driveability. My only gripe about this mod is its cost effectiveness. I just dont see how $400 warrants this modification. I would save up those pennies and buy bigger injectors and use something to control them.
An emanage with harness can be had for $400 and you can get 530cc injectors for $300. This will enable you to make very accurate fuel adjustments without affecting driveability through the emanages auto correction injection maps. Even this is in my opinion is a bit eccessive for just fuel control. But in my opinion would be far superior than just utilizing slightly bigger injectors

i heard it from the guy that flowed my meter.bill said:
Where are you hearing that the output of the MAF is digital? It is an analog voltage level which varies with air flow, no?
Yeah thanks for the info on the injectorsthanks
How about Stage 4? Sorry had to ask!

We received a unit last week and another one yesterday.
We still have to install it and start making some maps. Roughly a month of tuning on the street and then to the dyno for the WOT tuning. Then they should be ready. We are just held up due to the backorder of kits and other issues![]()
Little Beavis said:Yeah, I understand. . .not happy about it, but I understand.
Anyway, who cares about the backorders. . .what out us "the old faithful ones"Like I care about those "other people"!

I can wait, gives me some time to work out a few more bugs. :'(

hey ey..I do care...
This is very important, cause im not stopping on upgrades. I hope not to have lots of bugs in my kit.
Following this im going for the looks, Carbon Fiber Hood and Lip. Then Flywheel and Clutch, then...Injectors and/or Stage4. It will all depend on release dates.
Little Beavis said:Yeah a new clutch is good. . . oops, I mean necessary. Jury is still out on the flywheel though.
LinuxRacr said:Yep, you heard right....I want at least 440cc injectors now....I will accually be able to use them now.![]()
