I would stay away from that sort of thing, fitment on those propbably wont be the best. Just find someone parting out a Protege and buy a fender so you know its one from the factory. And get it painted properly and not with a spray can like you said in your video, it wont turn out that way.

Post up in the for sale forums 
there were a few part outs last I checked. It will probably be cheaper to buy it used, that way you can put the savings towards a good paint job for it. I can't imagine it costing more then $150, might even be able to save a good bit of if you sand and prime the panel yourself and just have the body shop lay the paint and clear on it, then your talking $50 bucks at the most.

you have to mount them, there is some type of mechanism thats doesnt allow the seat belt to pull out unless the device it goes into is at a certain angle. forget about it being locked, bolt them back in, it will sit in the right position and you should be able to pull them in and out.
